陕西省黄陵克山病病区儿童发中有关元素含量的8年动态观察

摘    要:目的通过连续8年监测黄陵县病区儿童头发中锌、铜、铁、锰、硒和钙等元素的含量,以探讨病区儿童发中锌、铜、铁、锰、硒和钙水平的动态变化及与克山病病情的可能关联。方法在黄陵县6个重病村设立监测点,全体居民均为检测对象。1996-2003年连续8年对该检测点克山病的发病情况及3-15岁儿童发中锌、铜、铁、锰、硒和钙元素水平进行检测。结果病区儿童锌、铜含量各观察点及非病区间均无明显差异,病区河腰、案角村儿童发铁、锰含量均高于厚子坪村儿童,其中发铁亦显著高于非病区儿童;病区儿童发硒含量8年均达到非病区水平,所有观察元素均无明显的年度差异。结论病区儿童所测元素均无明显的年度变化,发硒已达到非病区水平,发锌、铜接近非病区水平,病区儿童发铁的高水平及其在克山病发病学中的意义值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between content change of Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Se and Ca in Children's hair and Keshan disease(KSD).Methods Surveillances site of KSD was set up in 6 villages in Huangling county where the disease occured seriously,and all local residents were listed as surveillance subjects.Conditions and change of KSD disease in this surveillance site were observed for 8 consecutive years from 1996 to 2003,and at the same time the levels of Zn,Cu,Fe,Me,Se and Ca content in hair of children aging from 3 to 15 were measured.Results The content of Cu,Zn and Ca in hair of children between the Surveillances site showed no significant difference and no obvious annual change;Fe and Mn content of hair in children of Anjiao and Heyao village were significantly higher than that in Houziping,but no annual change was found.The hair selemium content of children showed no significant difference,between endemic area and non-endemic area.Conclusion Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn and Se contents in hair of children in KSD endemic area show no significant annual change and that hair Cu,Zn,Se contents are approximately equal to those in the non-endemic area and come up to the countryside standard.The relation between higher leves of Fe in children in KSD endemic area and the occurrence of the disease needs further research.
