| 摘 要： | 本文采用碳酸酐酶活性比色测定法,对80只小鼠进行了紫苏梗和孕酮对其子宫内膜酶活性效应的测定,结果发现紫苏梗和孕酮具有相同的作用,都能激发动物子宫内膜酶活性增长,而且随所给剂量的增加而增加。当所给孕酮剂量由0.1ml/d增至9ml/d时,子宫酶活性单位(EU/g)由22.9上升至74.7。同样,当所给紫苏梗剂量由0.05ml/d增到0.3ml/d时,子宫酶活性单位(EU/g)由22.1增至55.5。

| Abstract: | The effects of Perilla Frutescens (L) Britt stem and Progesteroune on endometrium carbonic anhydrase were estimated; with 80 mice, by means of colorimatric method. It was found that both of them can increase the activity of the enzyme. and the effects increased with the increase of the doses. When the dosage of progesterone increased from 0.1ml/d to 9ml/d, the carbonic anhydrase activity (EU/gm) increased from 22.9 to 74.7, and simila fly, when the dosage of perilla frutescens (L) Britt stem increased from 0.05ml/d to 0.3 ml/d, the enzyme activity (EU/gm) increased from 22.1 to 55.5. |
