| 摘 要： | 绵羊外周血白细胞与山羊脾细胞转移因子在体外共同培养，在不同抗原存在下刺激被转移因子致敏的白细胞，以间接法测定吞噬细胞释放超氧离子的相对水平。结果：经ＨＢＶ－ＴＦ致敏的吞噬细胞在ＨＢｓＡｇ存在时，超氧离子的释放水平显著高于非特异性转移因子组（Ｐ＜０．００１）．两种转移因子作用组白细胞在无关抗原存在下超氧离子的释放水平无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the antigenspecificity biological affection of transfer factor,the sheep sepheral leucocytes were incubated with HBsAg-specific TF(HBV-TF),and nospecific TF(TF),in the presence of HBsAg and PPD in vitro.After that we measured the superoxide anion() level produced by sheep serpheral blood monocytes and neutrophils.We found that when sheep leucocytes were incubeted with HBV-TF in the presence of HBsAg,it produced much more superoxide anions than nospecific TF did(P<0.001). On the other hand,there were no significant differences between two conditions(P>0.05) in the presence of PPD. |
