COPD患者红细胞膜流动性、氧自由基变化及抗氧化剂对其影响

摘    要:检测50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者红细胞膜流动性、氧自由基变化及抗氧化剂对其影响。结果:患者SOD活性减弱,红细胞内MDA含量增加,膜流动性下降,并且与感染及缺氧程度有关。维生素C及辅酶Q10可提高SOD活性,阻断减弱脂质过氧化反应,增大膜流动性。

Abstract:We studied changes of erythrocyte membrane fluidity and oxygen free radicals and actions of antioxidants on it in 50 cases with COPD .The results showed that SOD were obviously decreased;Internal erythrocyte MDA content and membrane microviscosity were significantly increased;Membrane fluidity were decreased as compared with the control group.These were related to degree of infection and anoxia.Vitamin C and coenzyme Q10 were capable of improving SOD activities, disturbing lipid peroxidation and enlarging membrane fluidity.These results suggest that antioxidants might play an important role in the process of COPD treatment.
