卵泡液瘦素、睾酮与卵细胞受精率、受精卵分裂率的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨卵泡液瘦素、睾酮对卵细胞受精率、受精卵分裂率的影响 ,寻求预测卵细胞质量的指标 ,以提高试管婴儿的成功率。方法 留取在本院进行试管婴儿治疗的 38个促排卵周期穿卵时的卵泡液 ,用ELISA法、RIA法分别测定卵泡液瘦素、睾酮水平 ,根据测定结果分为高瘦素组与低瘦素组、高睾酮组与低睾酮组 ,观察并记录不同组别之间卵细胞受精及受精卵分裂情况。结果 卵泡液瘦素与睾酮呈正相关 (r =0 .6 84 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,低瘦素组受精率、受精卵分裂率高于高瘦素组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,低睾酮组受精率、受精卵分裂率高于高睾酮组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 卵泡液瘦素、睾酮对卵细胞受精率及受精卵分裂率有影响 ,可作为卵细胞质量的预测指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of leptin (L), testosterone (T) levels in follicular fluid on fertility rate and cleavage rate of oocytes, search for markers to speculate oocyte quality and to increase rate of success in “Tubal Baby”. Methods We collected follicular fluid during 38 cycles of controlled ovarian hyperstindation (CKH) from women for “Tubal Baby” treatment in our hospital. Then we detected L and T levels in follicular fluid by ELISA, RIA, respectively. On the basis of the results, samples were divided into four groups: high level L group, low level L group, high level T and low level T. Oocyte fertility and cleavage of fertilized ovum were observed and recorded. Results of different groups were analysed and compared. Results There was a positive correlation between L and T levels in follicular fluid. Fertility rate and cleavage rate were higher in low L group than that in high L group ( P <0.05). Conclusion L and T in follicular fluid oocytes affect fertility rate and cleavage rate of fertilized ovums. They can be used as speculative markers of oocyte quality.
