摘    要:目的 探讨前列腺癌 (PC)组织中微血管形成与其浸润、转移及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法对 3 0例PC和 3 0例前列腺增生症 (BPH)组织进行CD3 4 表达并计数微血管(MV)。结果 PC组微血管密度 (MVD)显著高于BPH组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,不同分级PC中也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;浸润、转移性PC的MVD明显高于局限性PC组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,2年内死亡者其MVD均高于存活 2年以上者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肿瘤血管形成与PC分期、分级密切相关 ,癌细胞的浸润、转移有赖于肿瘤血管形成 ,MVD是反映前列腺癌生物学行为的重要指标。

Angiogenesis in prostatic carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To determine the relationship between angiogenesis and the infiltration, metastasis and prognosis of prostatic carcinoma. Methods Microvessels were identified by immunostained endothelial cells for CD 34 , and microvessels were counted within the tissues of 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 30 cases of prostatic carcinoma (PC).Results The mean microvascular density (MVD) in PC was significantly higher than that in BPH ( P <0.01). There was a significant difference between well and poorly differentiated PC ( P <0.01), and MVD in invasive PC was significantly higher than that in localized PC ( P <0.01), and MVD was higher in patients with prostatic carcinoma who died within two years than those who survived for more than two years ( P <0.05).Conclusion It is postulated that tumor angiogenesis assessed by MVD corresponds well with the staging and grading of PC and that the infiltration and metastasis require tumor angiogenesis, and MVD is an important quantitative parameter to indicate biological property of prostatic carcinoma.
