经皮冠状动脉成形术对冠状动脉内皮功能的影响

目的　了解冠心病患者冠状动脉血管内皮的功能状态以及普伐他汀对经皮冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)术后血管内皮功能的影响。方法　冠心病患者 30例均经冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉有单支或二支以上≥ 70 %狭窄。随机分成普伐他汀组和非普伐他汀组 ,测定其PTCA术后即刻、5、10、15、2 0min冠状静脉窦血以及同时相外周血中内皮素 (ET)及一氧化氮 (NO)含量并进行比较。结果　PTCA术后即刻、5、10、15、2 0min冠状静脉窦血中ET含量较同时相外周血中高 (P <0 .0 1) ;NO含量较同时相外周血中低 (P <0 .0 1)。PTCA术后普伐他汀组冠状静脉窦血及外周血中ET含量较非普伐他汀组同时相低 (P <0 .0 1) ;NO含量较非普伐他汀组同时相高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　PTCA术后应用普伐他汀可改善冠状动脉内皮功能。

The Changes of coronary vascular endothelial function after peripheral transluminal coronary angioplasty

Objective To understand coronary vascular endothelial function and the effects of pravastatin after peripheral transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). Methods Thirty cases of coronary artery disease were diagnosed by peripheral transluminl coronary angioplasty.These patients were divided into pravastatin group and control group who did not take pravastatin.Endothelin (ET) and nitro dioxide (NO) levels in coronary venous vinus and peripheral blood were measured at 0 min,5 mins,10 mins,15 min and 20 mins after PTCA.Results Compared with peripheral blood,ET of coronary venous vinus blood were markedly increased at 0 min,5 mins,10 mins,15 mins and 20 mins after PTCA ( P <0.01);NO levels were decreased ( P <0.01). Compared with control group, ET levels of coronary venous vinus and peripheral blood were decreased in pravastatin group ( P <0.01);NO levels were increased ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Pravastatin may improve the function of the coronary artery vascular endothelia after PTCA.
