高氧液在新生儿缺血缺氧性疾病中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨高氧液对新生儿缺血缺氧性疾病治疗的可行性及疗效。方法 采用比色法、血气分析检测 2 0例用高氧液患儿血浆SOD、MDA及血气变化 ,同时以 2 0例未用高氧液患儿作对照 ,观察临床症状、体征改变。结果 用高氧液组PaO2 、SaO2 明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,PaCO2 明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时有pH、HCO3 -、BE下降 ;血浆SOD升高、MDA下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;用高氧液临床症状体征迅速改善 ,有效率 95 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高氧液对治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性疾病尤其是低氧血症有明显效果

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of hyperoxia liquid on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic diseases. Methods Forty newborn infants were divided randomly into two groups: control group receiving the routine treatment after hypoxia and ischemia and treatmemt group receiving the routine treatment and infusion of hyperoxia liquid 10 ml·kg -1 after hypoxia and ischemia. Results In treatment group, after giving hyperoxia liquid, PaO 2, SaO 2, and plasma SOD activity were obviously higher than before (P< 0.05). PaO 2, pH, HCO 3 -, BE and plasma MDA content were significantly lower than before (P<0.01). The clinical manifestation of treatment group improved more rapidly than that of control group. Conclusion ① Hyperoxia liquid has obvious protective effects on hypoxic-ischemic disease in newborn infants. ② The application of hyperoxia liquid needs to be improved and developed.
