人脑干内微血管铸型的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:以两例新鲜童尸制成脑血管甲酯铸型,在扫描电镜下进行了脑干内微血管系统的形态学研究。人脑干内微动脉,微静脉及毛细血管各具形态特征,易于区分。在较大的微动脉,微静脉表面除有不同形态的内皮细胞核压迹外,微静脉表面具有半环形平滑肌压迹及呈袢状行走也为识别特征。微动脉之间、微静脉之间均有广泛吻合,微动脉与微静脉之间尚有动静脉交通支存在。

Abstract:Two methyl methacrylate corrosion casts prepared from the intra-microvascular system of human brain-stem were used for the observation of morphological features of the system. Arterioles, venules and capillaries have their own morphological features respectively, so it is not difficult to distinguish one from others. Besides different forms of impressions formed by the endothelial cells nuclei on the surface of larger arterioles and venules, there are semicir cular impressions formed by the smooth muscle cells on the surface of larger venules and the majority of larger venules take a looplike shape on their way to pass forward. All these characteristics could be used to distinguish the larger venules. There are anastomoses between arterioles and between venules, with some A-V communicating branches between arterioles and venules.
