胃平冲剂工艺的优选

目的　优选胃平冲剂的提取工艺。方法　采用正交试验法 ,以产品的浸膏得率、橙皮苷含量为检测指标优选胃平冲剂制备工艺的最佳条件。结果　影响提取的主次因素为B >D >C>A(A为药材浸渍时间 ;B为煎煮次数 ;C为加水量 ;D为醇沉浓度 )。最佳提取条件为 :浸渍 1h ,煎煮 3次 ,加 8倍量水 ,醇沉浓度为 70 %。结论　优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Studies on extraction process of Weiping Chongji

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Weiping Chongji. Methods The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design in extract obtained ratio and content as content index.Results The factors influencing extraction efficiency were as follows:B>D>C>A.(A:Time of immerse.B:Time of decoction.C:The amount of water added.D:Concentration of ethanol utilized.)The optimum extraction condition obtained was:immersing for 1 hour,decocting the drug for 3 times, after adding 8 fold of water,utilizing concentration of ethanol for 70%.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and high efficient.
