冠心病患者血清载脂蛋白与组织型纤溶酶原活性的关系

用免疫比浊法测定52例冠心病患者及25例健康人的血清载脂蛋白A1、B100（apoA1、apoB100）浓度，并以发色底物法测定同样患者血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（t－PA）及其抑制物-1即纤溶酶原激活抑制物-1（PAI－1）活性，结果显示急性心肌梗塞及不稳定型心绞痛组apoB100、PAI－1活性显著高于正常对照组，t－PA、apoA1显著低于正常对照组；apoB100与PAI－1活性呈显著正相关，apoA1与PAI－1活性在冠心病患者及健康对照组呈负相关。故认为，apoB100与PAI－1的活性相关，在冠状动脉痉挛和冠脉内血栓形成中可能起一定作用。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM APOLIPOPROTEIN AND ACTIVITIES OF PLASMA TISSUE TYPE PLASMINOGEN IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

In this study, serum concentration of apoA1and apob100 of 52 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) and 19 controls were measured by immunoturbidimetry assay. Meanwhile, plasma tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasrninogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAl-1 ) activities of all personswere determined by spectrophotometric assay. The results showed that the mean concentration of apoB100 and API-1 activity in acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris (UAP) was significantly higher than those of the control group ; the tPA activity and concentration of apoA1 were obviously lower than those of the controls; The concentration of apoB100 was positively correlated with PAI-1activity ; but apoA1 was opposite. According to these results, it is considerded that apoB100 is consistant with PAI-1 activity and apoB100 plays an important role in coronarv arterv SDasm and thrornbosis.
