脑出血白细胞变形性测定的临床意义

以核孔滤筛法测定由５５例急性脑出血患者静脉血制备的标准红细胞悬液和标准红白细胞悬液的滤过指数（ＩｎｄｅｘｏｆＦｉｌｔｒａｔｉｏｎ，ＩＦ）。比较以神经功能缺损评分标准所分成的轻、中、重３组上述两种悬液的ＩＦ，结果发现前者的ＩＦ在脑出血各组及对照组间无显著差异，而后者则差异极为显著（Ｆ检验，Ｐ＜０．０１）。标准红白细胞悬液的ＩＦ与脑出血量及临床神经功能缺损评分呈正相关。提示急性脑出血白细胞变形性测定可作为判断临床神经功能缺损、估计脑出血量和评价疾病预后的一个有意义的指标。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF MEASUREMENT OF LEUKOCYTE DEFORMABILITY IN ACUTE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

In this artical, index of filtration(IF) of standardred cell suspension(RCS's) and standard red and white cell suspension(RWCS's) prepared from venous blood of 55 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were measured by using nuclepore filtration membrane method.According to the score scale of clinical neural functional deficiency(CNFD) in stroke,the patients were divided into three groups: the mild,moderate and severe groups. The authors found that the IF of RCS's showed no significant difference among the three groups and control group,while the IF of RWCS's showed obviously significant difference(F test,P<0.001).In addition,the authors found a strongly positive corrlation between the IF of RWCS's and the cerebral bleeding volume and the score of CNFD,The authors consider the IF of RWCS's of the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage may be a significant index of evaluating the degree of CNFD and cerebral bleeding volume and prognosis of the patients.
