洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液的药效学研究

摘    要:报道了洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液的体内、体外抗菌活性,并与其口服制剂及环丙沙星注射液进行了比较。结果表明:洛美沙星注射液是一种广谱、高效、作用迅速的抗菌药物,对革兰氏阳性茵的MIC为0.31~20mg/L,对革兰氏阴性菌的MIC为0.005~10mg/L。杀菌实验表明:对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、肺炎杆菌及绿脓杆菌为杀菌作用。抗菌效果基本不受PH、接种菌量和血清蛋白结合的影响。体内效果(ED50)优于口服制剂。体内、外抗菌活性近似于环丙沙星。

Abstract:The antimicrobial activites in vitro and in vivo of lomefloxacin glucose injection have been reported in this paper, and compared with the lomefloxacin glucose tablets, ciprofloxacin injec-tion. The experiments showed that the injection was a broad spetum, highly active and quickly effected antibiotic. It has a MIC value of 0. 31~20mg/L for gram-positive and 0. 005 ~ 10Tng/L for gram-nega-tive bacteria respectively. The experiments in vivo indicated its bactericidal activities against staphylo-coccus Aureus, Escherichia Coli, Salmonella tyohi,pseudomonas aeruginose and streptocaccus pneumo-niae. The antibiotics activities were not influenced by the pH, the amount of infected bacteria and its combination of serum protein. Both the antimicro-bial actions in vitro and in vivo were similar to ciprofloxacin,s, while better than lomefloxacin tablets,s.
