| 摘 要： | 总结治疗68例腋部瘢痕挛缩畸形的手术方法。由于腹部瘢痕畸形各有所异,需根据腋部及周围组织情况采取不同方法。本文手术方法有多Z字皮瓣成形术、五瓣成形术和腋周皮瓣修复等。同时就腋周皮瓣血供及切取方法进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The experience of surgical management for 68 cases with burn axillary scar contracture deformities is reported. Because of the varied deformities of the burn axillae, the treatment should depend upon the deformities and the conditions of theadjacent tissue. Our procedures include multiple z-plasty. 5-flap plasty and other para-axilla flaps plas-ty. The flap designing and the blood supply of the para-axilla flaps are also discussed in this article. |
