| 摘 要： | 二色补血草乙醇提取物３ｇ（生药）１ｋｇ，１０ｇ（生药）／ｋｇ灌胃，均使家兔循环血小板聚集率明显增加，对家兔凝血时间、凝血酶原时间、血浆复钙时间、纤维蛋白溶解时间、血小板计数及毛细血管通透性均无明显影响。同时其乙醇提取物及水煎剂均使离体兔耳血管灌流量明显减少，结果提示二色补血草止血作用机理可能与其促进血小板聚集及收缩血管作用有关。

| Abstract: | Oral alcoholic extractive fluid of Limonium bicolor (Bge.)O. Ktze (LBK) (3g/kg,10g/kg , corresponding to crude drugs) can significantly increase circulating fibrinolysis time blood platelet aggregation rate of the rabbits. The coagulation time. fibrinolysis time. plasma recalcification time blood platelet count and capillary permeability were not effected in the rabbits. The alcoholic extractive fluid and the decoction of LBK can decrease perfusion volume of isolated ear blood vessels of the rabbits. The results suggest that hemostatic mechanism of LBK may be related to its promotion of blood platelet aggregation and vasoconstrictive effects. |
