| 摘 要： | 目的 研究培坤胶囊对实验性多囊卵巢模型 ,气虚、血虚模型的作用 ,为其临床使用提供实验依据。方法 用丙酸睾丸素制造小鼠多囊卵巢模型 ,用饥饿法制造小鼠气虚模型 ,用溶血法制造血虚模型。结果 培坤胶囊有增加多囊卵巢不孕小鼠受孕率的趋势 ,明显增加平均胎鼠数 ,增加卵巢子宫重量 ;能增加气虚小鼠的体重 ,升高胸腺DNA和RNA含量 ;增加血虚小鼠的Hb含量。结论 培坤胶囊有补气养血和促进妊娠的作用

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of Peikun Capsule on polycystic ovarian sterility model, qi-deficiency model and blood deficiency model. Methods Polycystic ovarian sterility model of mice was made by testosterone propionate. Qi-deficiency model and blood deficiency model of mice were prepared by starvation and hemolysis, respectively. Results Peikun Capsule could increase the pregnant rate, raise average number of mouse fetuses, augment the weight of ovaries and uteri of polycystic ovarian sterility mice, gain body weight of qi-deficiency mice, enhance thymic DNA and RNA content, and add Hb of blood deficiency mice. Conclusion Peikun Capsule has obvious effects of supplementing qi, replenishing blood and promoting pregnancy. |
