珠子草生药学研究

目的　建立大戟科植物珠子草 (PhyllanthusnirurnLinn)的生药学鉴别方法。 方法　采用石蜡切片、徒手切片、粉末装片、组织解离和理化鉴别的方法。结果　叶片气孔轴式、栅栏组织的排列、细胞内容物、茎中木纤维的分布具有一定的鉴别特征。所含成分有黄酮类、鞣质类、木质素类等。结论　此方法简便、精确 ,可作为珠子草鉴别依据

Study of Phyllanthus nirurn Linn.on pharmacognosy

Objective To establish the distinguish method of Phyllanthus nirurn Linn. Methods To cut section by bare banded and paraffin wax,powder,dissociation,physical and chemical distinguish.Results The stomata,rang of palisade tissue in leaves and distribution of xylem fiber in stem had certain identity.The herbs contained flavoroids,alkaloids and tannins etc.Tannins.Conclusion The method is specific and simple,can be used for distinguish of Phyllanthus nirurn Linn.
