| 摘 要： | 为探讨Ｐ１６蛋白（ＭＴＳ１基因产物）在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义，采用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法对５６例肺癌组织及３０例癌旁正常肺组织中Ｐ１６蛋白进行了检测。结果显示肺癌组织中Ｐ１６蛋白表达率为５１．７８％，癌旁正常肺组织中为９０．００％，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．００５），Ｐ１６蛋白表达与肺癌分型无关（Ｐ＞０．０５），与肺癌病理分级呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５），与肺癌ＴＮＭ分期和肺门及（或）纵隔淋巴结转移呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示Ｐ１６蛋白可作为诊断肺癌、评估其生物学行为的有用指标

| Abstract: | To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P16 gene in human lung carcinoma.56 patients with lung carcinoma and 30 cases adjacent normal lung tissues were examined by means of immunohistochemical ABC method.The results showed that expression rate of P16 proteins in carcinoma tissues and normal tissues were 5178% and 90.00%,respectively ,there were statistical difference between them (P<0.005),P16 gene expressions were positively related to pathological grades (P<0.05) ,and negatively to PTNM stages and lymph node metastasis of lung hilar and/or mediastinum (P<0.05), while not to histological types of lung carcinoma (P>0.05).These results suggest P16 protein is a useful marker of lung carcinoma in diagnosis and evaluation of biological behaviour. |
