| 摘 要： | 本实验用放射免疫法测定了家免血小板内 cAMP 含量。结果表明,家兔血小板内基础 cAMP 水平为9.05pmol/10~9血小板;2mg/ml、5mg/ml 和10mg/ml 抗坏血酸依次增高血小板内基础 cAMP水平到12.26、15.63和18.06pmol/10~9血小板。结果提示抗坏血酸升高血小板内 cAMP 水平可能是其抑制血小板聚集机理之一。

| Abstract: | The present experiment determines cAMP level in rabbit blood platelets with the radioimmunoassy,The results indicate that the basic cAMP level in its platelets is 9.05 pmol/10~9 platelets and that 2 mg/ml, 5 mg/ml and.10 mg/ml ascorbic acid incr- eases the basic cAMP level in its platelets to 12.26,15.63 and 18.06 pmol/10~9 plate- lets respectively.Thus,one of the mecha- nisms of the inhibition of the platelets aggregation might be that ascorbic acid raises the cAMP level in the platelet. |
