房室结三径路的电生理特性

摘    要:食道调搏房宣传导曲线两次中断诊断房室结三任路12例,占所有受检1600例患者的075%。其中2例自慢径路诱出空上性心动过选(SVT),3例自慢经路和中径路诱出反复搏动。结果提示房室结纵向分离不仅仅只限于双径路;三径路诱发的SVT可有不同的周长。并讨论了三任路的发生机制和临床意义。

Abstract:By means of transesophogus electrophysiologic study, 12 patients were described with two decrete discontinuities in AV nodal conduction curves, suggesting triple antegrade AV nodal pathway. This accounted for approximately 0. 75% of 1600 patients seen in this laboratory. SVT was induced on slow pathway in two patients. Reciprocal beats were induced on the slow Pathway and intermediate pathway in 3 patlents. Our results suggest that longitudinal dissociation of AV node is not limited to two pathways and SVT owing to triple pathways may have different cycle length. The authordiscusses the mechanism and clinical significance of triple pathways.
