| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨组织蛋白酶D(CD)与胆管癌的分化、临床分期、浸润和转移的关系。方法 应用SP免疫组织化学方法测定 5 6例胆管癌石蜡标本CD的表达。结果 CD在胆管癌组织中的阳性表达率为 6 0 7% ,其表达与组织学类型和组织分化程度无关 ,与临床分期有关。CD在浸润组和淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为 71 8%和 83 3% ,与未浸润组 (35 3% )和淋巴结未转移组 (5 0 % )相比 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 CD与胆管癌的浸润和淋巴结转移密切相关 ,可作为判断胆管癌患者预后的生物学指标。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the correlation among c athepsion D(CD) with differentiation, clinical stage, invasion and metastasis.MethodsCD protein levels were assessed by immunohistochemi cal methods(SP).ResultsThe positive of staining CD was not related to histolog ical type and differentiation, but correlated with clinical stage of cholangioca arcinoma. The position expression rate of CD with invasion or lymphatic metastas is was higher than that without invasion or lymphatic metastasis, the difference was significant(~{* ~}P~{* ~}<0~{*1~}05).ConclusionThe position expression of CD was related to invasio n and lymphatic metastasis in cholanginoarcinoma. |
