| 摘 要： | 以脊髓背表面电位为指标,在猫身上观察到穴位针剌冲动在脊髓具有相对集中的投射节段,同一经络上不同部位的穴位具有不同的脊髓投射节段;邻近部位的穴位则可具有相同或相互重叠的投射节段。穴位针感的这种投射特征可能就是穴位作用具有节段性特征的基础。穴位的这种节段性特征似与古典经络循行线没有直接的关系。

| Abstract: | Using cord dorsum potential as an index, we have observed in cats that the needling sensation impulses of acupoints project to relatively concentrated segments in the spinal cord. The acupoints belonging to the same meridian but not in the same part of the body have different projection segments. The acupoints located close to each other have the same or partly overlapping projection segments. Such a projection feature manner may serve as the basis of the, segmental feature in the distribution and effects of acupoints. It seems that the effects of acupoints bear no relation to the traditional meridian line, but is well associated with the segmental innervation of acupoints, |
