慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清一氧化氮含量的变化

摘    要:采用亚硝酸盐间接法测定慢性肾功能衰竭患者不同病变时期和透析前后血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化,并与年龄相匹配的健康人相比较。结果发现:①肾功能不全代偿期和氮质血症期患者血清NO与正常对照组无差异,而尿毒症期则明显升高;②血液透析后NO浓度较透析前明显下降。提示正常浓度的NO对肾功能起保护作用,但NO浓度的异常升高则加重肾功能损害。

Abstract:The levels of Nitric Oxide (NO) inserum in different pathological stages and before,after dialysis were detected in chronic renal failure(CRF) patients by nitrite indirect method, whichwere compared with age matched healthy controls.The results showed that: OThers is no significantdifference of the level of NO in serum between patients in compensatory and azotemic stage of renalchronic insufficiency, while increased level of NOwas presented in uremic stage I @The level of NO inserum after hemodialysis decreased sharply compared with that before hemodialysis. It suggeststhat normal concentration of NO can protect renalfunction, however, increased NO concentration willaggravate renal dysfunctoin.
