| 摘 要： | IgA肾病25例,占同期原发性肾小球肾炎的41.7%。肾组织病变损害程度分Ⅰ-Ⅴ级,呈Ⅳ级以上重度损害者占28%。临床表现为反复发作性肉眼血尿者占32%,重度蛋白尿(>3.5g/d)者占40%,呈肾病综合症表现者占36%。本文病例肾活检距发病时间较短,平均为16.5个月,没有1例发生肾功衰竭,其原因可能与检查诊断较早,治疗及时等因素有关。

| Abstract: | In this report 25 cases of IgA nephropathy weredescribed. They accounted for 41.7% of the cases with pri-mary glomerulone phritis in the same period. The de-gree of histopathological damage was divided into fivegrades 28% cases of the total were Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade inwhich pathological damage was severe damdge. Theclinical manifestation was vary ?iffrent 32% casesrecurrent macroscopie hernaturia, 40% cases had largeamounts of protein in their urine(>73.5g/d).36% caseshave shown nephrotic syndrome. Following the diseaseattack there is a short period from renalbiopsy. themean is 16.5 months. None of these cases had renalfunctional impairement, for these cases were early ex-ha?umined diagnosed and treated. |
