育生液治疗大鼠少精症、弱精症的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨育生液对于少精症、弱精症的疗效及作用机制。方法 以雷公藤多甙灌胃造成大鼠生殖系统损伤模型 ,观察服用育生液前后动物的精液常规、附睾功能及血清睾酮值的改善状况。动物随机分为模型组、大剂量组、小剂量组和正常组。结果 ①与模型组相比 ,大、小剂量组精子密度、精子活动力显著增加 ,畸形率降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。②大、小剂量组α 糖苷酶活性、肉毒碱含量显著高于模型组 ;血清睾酮值、睾丸体重比高于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 )。③大剂量组上述指标改善程度较小剂量组更为明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 育生液对于大鼠少精、弱精症有显著疗效且存在一定程度的量效关系 ;该效果与育生液改善睾丸、附睾功能密切相关

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Chinese herb Yushengye on oligospermia and asthenospermia, and probe its mechanism. Methods We established animal models of rats given GTW by gastric lavage, and then compared the improvements of general seminal parameters, epididymal function, and concentration of andrusol in serum before and after treatment. All the animals were divided into model group, large-dose group, small-dose group and normal group. Results ① Compared to model group, large-and small-dose groups had significantly higher spermatozoal concentration, and score of spermatozoal activity and lower percentage of abnormal spermatozoa (P< 0.05). ② Large-and small-dose groups had significantly greater α-olucosidase activity and concentration of carnitine; concentration of andrusol in serum and ratio of weight between testis and body in these two groups were higher than those of model group (P< 0.05). ③ The above-mentioned effects were significant in large-dose group than those in small-dose group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Yushengye has remarkable effect on oligospermia and asthenospermia with a dose-effect relationship; the improvements on testicular and epididymal function underlie these effects.
