细胞周期素D1和P21~(WAF1/CIP1)蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达

目的　研究细胞周期素 (Cyclin)D1和P2 1 WAF1/CIP1在肺癌组织中的表达及其与肺癌临床分期、组织类型、分化程度及转移和预后的关系。方法　用免疫组化法检测癌旁肺组织及肺癌组织中CyclinD1和P2 1 WAF1/CIP1蛋白的表达。结果　①CyclinD1和P2 1 WAF1/CIP1在癌旁肺组织中不表达或很少表达 ,而在癌组织中有较高的表达率 ,其阳性表达率分别为 60 .4% (2 9/ 4 8)和 2 7.0 8% (1 3 / 4 8)。②CyclinD1和P2 1 WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理类型和临床TNM分期无关 ;与肺癌组织分化程度有关 ,其中CyclinD1阳性率越高 ,肺癌的分化程度越低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,P2 1 WAF1/CIP1蛋白阳性率越高 ,肺癌的分化程度越高 (P <0 .0 5 )。③P2 1蛋白阳性表达者转移率低于阴性表达者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且其存活期长 (P <0 .0 5 )。④CyclinD1和P2 1 WAF1/CIP1蛋白的表达呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　①CyclinD1和P2 1 WAF1/CIP1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的组织分化有关 ;②P2 1蛋白表达和肿瘤的转移及预后有关

The expression of cyclin D1 and P21WAF1/CIP1 protein in lung carcinoma

Objective To determine the expression of cyclin D1 and P21 protein and the relationship between the advanced clinical stage, cell type, degree of differentiation metastasis and the patient's survival time of human lung carcinoma. Methods The expression of cyclin D1 and P21 protein in tissue of lung carcinoma and near lung carcinoma was determined by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results ①Cyclin D1 and P21 were not expressed or were occasionally expressed in tissue of near lung carcinoma but were highly expressed in tissue of lung carcinoma. ②The positive rates of cyclin D1 and P21 in human lung carcinoma were 66.4%(29/48) and 27.8%(19/48), respectively, and the expression was not related to cell type or clinical TNM stage. ③The expression of cyclin D1 and P21 was related to the differentiation of lung carcinoma, the higher rate of the differentiation, the lower of the positive rate of expression of cyclin D1 ( P <0.005), and the higher positive rate of expression of P21. ④Metastassis rate was lower in positive P21 than that in negative ( P <0.05), and the patient lived longer in positive P21 ( P <0.05). ⑤The expression of cyclin D1 and P21 has significant negative associations.Conclusion ①The expression of cycilin D1 and P21 protein is correlated with the degree of differentiation of human lung carcinoma. ②The expression of P21 protein is related to the metastasis and prognosis of human lung cancer.
