中国木帆船建造技术简介

中国木板船出现的时间,应该是金属工具出现的夏王朝.中国古代造船技术的成就,在船底型制、舷板结构、水密隔舱、大、舭龙骨、模型放样与渠池修船、船体拼装、车船方面,皆早于西方.包括桅、帆、桨、橹等推进工具,舵、磁罗经等定向工具,石丁、锚等靠泊工具在内的工属具方面的技术成就,亦皆由中国传播到西方.

China's Junk Construction Technology

It may reasonably be assumed that the period of Chinese Junk appeared in Xia Dy-nasty from which to date the metal tool was first in used in China. However, many im-portant Chinese inventions, hull, shipboard, watertight bulkhead, heavy wale, bilge keel, modeling, channel dockyard, scarfing and caulking, wheel junk, were the first to adopt by Chinese and was earlier in coming to fruition than in the West. The propul-sion instruments including mast, sail, oar, scull; the directional instruments including stem mounted rudder and compass; the berthing instruments including stone anchor and iron anchor, was first developed in China and attained to a high degree before being ac-cessible to the western world.
