| 摘 要： | 在中国广域Ｃ网基础上，提出了中国Ｃ网内联网及中国Ｃ网与Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ互联的角决方案，并实现了中国Ｃ网基础上的超文本信息传输与浏览，解决了中国Ｃ网信息超级链接及站点超级链接等技术问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the China city network (C-net), this Paper proposes an intra-C-netscheme and a method to link the C-net with the internet. In addition, the hypertext information transmission and browse have been realized, the related C-net informaion hyperlink and sitehyperlink problems have been solved. |
