摘    要:介绍了一种评价镀层结合强度的新方法-单摆冲击划痕法。它能有效地评价和定量地测定镀层与基材的结合强度以及冲击截荷下镀层的耐磨性能。用冲击划痕法测定Ni-P化学镀层与碳钢结构强度的试验结果表明,保持合适的基材表面粗糙度,控制基材的含碳量以及选择适当的热处理温度可以提高Ni-P化学镀层与基材的结合强度承载能力。

Abstract:A new method,single pendulum scratching test, as well as the tester, to evaluate adhesive strength between plating and substrate is introduced. The resistance of plating/substrate composites to abrasion with impact is investigated with the new method.It is shown that the adhesive strength between electroless plated Ni P film and substrate depends on roughness of the substrate surface, carbon concentration of the steel substracte, and heat treatment temperatures.
