| 摘 要： | 在设定的抵押贷款情况下，对企业通过贷款方式筹集资金并投资若干风险项目的经济行为进行了分析，从企业自身承担其经营风险的角度，经数学推导，建立了企业筹资贷款的单目标二次规划决策模型，并进行了算例分析。

| Abstract: | The factors affecting security of funds which are to be invested in risky projects are analyzed under the given conditions of collateral loans.A decision model of single object quadratic programming for enterprises to raise funds by collateral loan is proposed through mathematical derivation to eliminate or avoid the risks and to obtain high profits.An example is given to show the procedure of practical use of the model. |
