敏捷制造环境下柔性决策及其决策方案的实施施不开组织的支持。首先对现代企业组织结构进行了评析，然后对敏捷制造企业组织结构进行了描述。在此基础上，对敏捷制造环境下面向柔性决策的组织设计进行了研究，提出了敏捷制造环境下面向柔性决策的组织框架，讨论了敏捷制造环境下面向柔性决策组织的特点。最后，对敏捷制造环境下面向柔性决策的学习型组织的构建模型及应注意的问题进行了探讨。

Study on Flexible Decision-Making-Oriented Organization Design under Agile Manufacturing Environment

Flexible decision making and its implement under agile manufacturing environment depend on organ ization for support. This paper begins with the review and analysis of modern en terprises' organization structures, and then describes the agile manufacturing e nterprises' organization structure. Based on this, the authors conduct a study o n flexible decision making oriented organization design under agile manufactur ing environment. In the study, the framework of the flexible decision making o riented organization under agile manufacturing environme nt is put forward, and the organization's character is discussed. At last, the b uilding of models for flexible decision making oriented learning organization under agile manufacturing environment, along with the problems that should be pa id attention to during the process of building a learning organization, is analy zed.
