鱼尾板断裂及其材料性能和组织研究

摘    要:本文通过对鱼尾板断裂的分析,表明鱼尾板断裂为微动磨损疲劳机制。金相分析发现国产鱼尾板表面脱碳严重,易引起微动磨损疲劳裂纹萌生;它的基体为珠光体加少量网状铁素体组织,晶粒粗大,冲击值低,冷脆转变温度高,易低温脆断,与鱼尾板易在低温下断裂一致。通过对国产鱼尾板淬火回火处理,改善了组织和性能,可较大幅度提高疲劳寿命。文中还对各种鱼尾板材料及实物的拉伸、疲劳性能进行了研究。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the fracture of flsh-plate and presents that the mechanism of the fracture is fretting fatigue.A seriously decarbonised layer that is easy to the initiation of the crack is found at the surface of the chinese made fish plate by metallograpy.The facts that the microstructure consisting of pearlite and network ferrite,coarse grain size,low charpy impact energy and higher brittle transition temperature show that the fish plates investigated are susceotive to the low temperature fractUre.The microstructures and properties of the fish plate materials can be improved by quenching and combinating with tempering,and the fatigue life goes up much.The tension and fatigue properties of varieties of practical fish plates and their materials were studied also.
