摘    要:本文在试验的基础上,系统地研究了含V、Ti合金的奥氏体分解动力学及转变产物组织形貌,并详细讨论了合金元素对相变动力学的溶质类拖曳作用(SDLE)以及合金元素在形成粒状贝氏体组织方面的作用。

Abstract:Based on experimental investigation of the austenite decomposition and microstructure of vanadium and titanium containing alloys,the solute drag-like effect(SDLE ) of carbide-former elements and the effect of carbide-former on the formation of granular bainite structure have been discussed with detail .It is demostrated that the carbide-former(vanadium and titanium)possesses potential strong SDLE as long as the alloy contents are higher enough and no carbides precipitate at or before the early stage of austenite decomposition. Both strong and weak carbide-former can be in favor of the formation of granular bainite structure in Fe-C alloys.
