摘    要:本文提出了可控硅并联逆变弧焊电源获得外特性曲线的一种方法,分析了形成该种 外特性曲线的原因。实验结果表明:将焊接回路设计成具有带通性质的二阶电路能够 获得形状较理想的外特性曲线,负载增大过程中,焊接回路的阻抗性质从感性向阻性 再向容性的变化过程是形成该种外特性曲线的主要原因。

Abstract:A method to procure the external characteristic of inverter power sourcewith parallel SCR is put forward, with the cause of formation about thiskind of external characteristic analyzed. Experimental results indicate thatthe welding circuit designed to be a second-order circuit with band pass canoffer an advantageous external characteristic. The main cause is that thenature of impedence in circuit during the increase of load current turnsfrom inductance to resistance, and then to capacitance.
