| Abstract: | Based on investigation and analysis of the safety management status quo of enterprises, the safety management mechanism mode for enterprises is set up. The internal and external conditions of the mode operation, change and conversion are analyzed, and the main characteristics of the preferable mechanism are presented. Meanwhile, the safety management system mode for enterprises is built, and the centralizing and organizing of the system mode are discussed. The mechanism and system modes proposed in this paper can be used to survey and analyze the situation of safety management in enterprises. |
