摘    要:本文研究了顶锻热变形对高强钢筋闪光焊接头HAz组织及性能的影响。实验发现闪 光焊接头中有一个肉眼可见的过渡区。若HAZ中1250~1100℃区域越宽,顶锻热变 形越充分,过渡区亦越宽。该区晶粒大小极不均匀,脆断亦常在该区发生。

Abstract:The influence of upsetting heat deformation on the microstructure andmechanical behavior of flash welded joints of high strngth steel rods isinvestigated. It is found that there is a transition zone between coarsegrain zone and normalijing zone, which is visible to the naked eyes. Thewidth of the transition zone is correlated with upsetting heat deformation.The grain size in this zone is extremely non-uniform and brittle crackingoften occurs in the zone.
