| Abstract: | Based on an extensive analysis of machining methods for large sized workpieces with rotating curved surfaces, a general scheme of a new NC milling machine is put forward. This new machine tool not only has a good rigidity,a high machining accuracy, an excellent operational performance, and a high productivity, but also consists of a stable, reliable and cheap control system. |
