| 摘 要： | 2009年,全球经济陷入低谷,中国车市在面临世界金融危机,全球市场普遍低迷的情况下,实现产销高速增长。据中国汽车工业协会统计,2009年我国汽车产销量分别达到1379.10万辆和1364.48万辆,同比大增48.30%和46.15%,并首次超越美国成为世界第一大汽车产销国。与此同时,伴随着汽车产销量的大幅增长,我国民用汽车保有量也同步大幅增长,据《中华人民共和国2009年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》显示,2009年末,全国民用汽车保有量达到7619万辆(包括三轮汽车和低速货车1331万辆),比上年末增长17.8%,其中民用轿车保有量3136万辆,增长28.6%。
