| 摘 要： | 通过对瑞士隧道工程建设进行考察,结合现阶段的建设管理实际,建议:聘请国内隧道科研、设计、施工等领域知名专家成立隧道建设专家咨询小组,定期对隧道施工进行现场检查和指导;引进第三方检测机构在隧道施工中进行全过程的施工量测和质量安全监控。
