再生沥青混合料高温性能分析评价

摘    要:通过马歇尔试验、车辙试验和弯曲蠕变试验,研究了再生沥青混合料的高温性能。试验结果表明,同级配的再生沥青混合料的马歇尔模数高于全新料;油石比在一定范围内与车辙作用次数呈现反比关系,温度与车辙作用次数符合指数函数关系;高温状态下,再生沥青混合料的抗变形能力强于全新料。

Analysis and Estimation of Performance of Recycled Asphalt Mixture at High Temp

Abstract:Around Marshall test, mt test and creep test, the paper studies performance of recycled asphalt mixture at high temp. Test results show the marshall modulus of recycled asphalt mixture is higher than one of all new materials. The ratio of asphalt to aggregate is an inverse measure of times of rut action within given range. Times of action of temp with rut conform to the exponent function. The deformation resistance of recycled asphalt mixture is better than one of all new mamerials.
