浅谈公路工程施工阶段的业主造价管理

通过对国道207线廉江良垌至遂溪关村仔段一级公路、高州石仔岭至化州南盛段二级公路等项目共59公里路段的业主管理实践,总结施工阶段业主造价管理控制的经验,认为正确处理工程质量与工程造价的关系,正确处理工程进度与工程造价的关系,在工程实施过程中把握关键环节,是保证工程投资效益的有效手段。

Simple Talking about Owner's Administration of Cost at Stage of Highway Engineering Construction

Through the practice of owner's administration at section of 59 km,namely on First-Class Highway of Lianjiangliangdong-Suixiguancunzi and on Second-Class Highway of Gaozhoushiziling-Huazhounashen of National Road 207,the paper sums up an experiences which owner controls the cost administration at phase of construction,thinks that those are effective means to correctly handle the relation of engineering quality to engineering cost and the relation of engineering progress to engineering cost as well as to seize key links in the course of project.
