| 摘 要： | 目前我国公路工程普遍采用招投标范本进行招标和合同签署,工程价格是以工程量清单的形式体现的,作为投标方在合同管理容许的范围内,合理利用清单规则是允许的。就如何使用不平衡报价法及应注意的问题提出了实际可行的意见。
