聚丙烯纤维混凝土配合比均匀性研究

聚丙烯纤维混凝土以其独有的特点,越来越得到广泛的应用.介绍了利用均匀设计法对聚丙烯纤维混凝土的配合比进行优化分析的过程,选取水泥、速凝剂掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量三个影响因素,对混凝土配比试件的试验数据统计结果进行回归分析,结果表明,在设定试验条件下,在每立方米混凝土中掺入0.9kg聚丙烯纤维的方案是比较合理的.

Study of Homogeneity of Proportioning of Polypropylene Fiber Concrete

The polypropylene fiber concrete increasingly obtains widespread application with its alone features.The paper introduces optimization analysis of proportioning of polypropylene fiber concrete by homogenious design method.It makes yet the regression analysis of data of concrete proportioning sample tested through 3 influencing factors of cement admixture,rapid hardening agent admixlure and polypropylene fiber admixture.The results of analysis indicates that admixing 0.9kg of polypropylene fiber into each cubic meter of concrete is rational under set test.
