Lost Foam Casting Technique applied in the Head of Engine Cylinder Block

The lost foam casting technique is that after putting the foamed plastics mould into sand box, the high temperature makes the foam disappear owing to pyrolysis, in the result the cast has been obtained. This technique is fully extensively applied in auto, especially in the head of cylinder block.
