| Abstract: | In the light of implementation of traffic demands management the paper introduces conception of traffic demands management and basic objective for it,and elucidates its economic principle.Based on measures for traffic demands management,that have been implemented in Changsha,the paper,still,illustrates great effect of traffic demands management on traffic plan and improvement. |
