对工程索赔的初步理解

高速公路施工过程中会出现各种各样的情况影响工期、进度。为减少施工单位的损失，保证建设单位对公路建设管理的正常进行，索赔是必不可少的程序。笔者经过大量的施工索赔工作，积累了一定的经验和方法，在本文中略加阐述。

Preliminary Understanding of Claim for Project

In construction of freeway there will arise various conditions having impact on time limit and progress for a project. To reduce losses of construction unit and ensure building unit normally to conduct building and management of highway, the claim is indispensable. Author has experienced a vast amount of claim matters, accumulated a certain experiences and methods,so expounds suficially them in present paper.
