层间接触状态对半刚性沥青路面的力学影响分析

摘    要:结合我省高速公路常用的半刚性路面结构,利用ANSYS通用有限元系统分析了面一基层层间接触状态对半刚性沥青路面力学性能的影响,经分析,滑动状态下路表弯沉明显增加、面层内出现较大水平拉应力、水平拉应变明显增加、剪切应力和应变明显增加,因此,在路面设计和施工过程中通过采取技术措施尽量保证面、基层的紧密结合,可延长路面的使用寿命,延缓车辙的出现.

Influence Analysis of Interfacing State on Semi-Rigid Asphalt Pavement's Mechanics

Abstract:In the light of semi-rigid pavement structure common in freeways over our province,by ANSYS finite element system current,the paper analyzes influence of pavement interfacing state on mechanical properties of semi-rigid asphalt pavement.By analysis it is known that the deflection of road surface sliding state distinctly adds,within surface a bigger horizontal tension stress,the horizontal tension strain obviously increases,moreover shear stress and strain are raised also.Thereby in the process of design and construction of pavement,the technical measures should be taken as soon as possible in order to guarantee close bounding between surface and base,prolong service life of pavement and lighten rut.
