| Abstract: | The paper introduces taking the measures for protection of ecological environment and selecting the rational building plan in reconstruction and extension of Shen-Da Freeway,which have reduced the failure of earth's surface vegetation and avoided the asphalt solid garbage.The paper also takes valid measures in engineering buklding in order to lessen water losses and soil erosion and to give coodination of afforestation and landscape with surroundings. |
