摘    要:深孔细长主轴特点:在磨削力的作用下,零件本身产生弯曲和振动,特征为椭圆形、锥形或腰鼓形等误差;同时还会产生径向跳动等误差。主要是工件本身的刚性比较差造成的,在实际生产中往往通过减小磨削力和提高工件的支承刚度加以解决。由于工件本身深孔和沟槽,磨削加工比较困难。主要表现为磨具的特殊性——细而长的砂轮接长轴,其刚性差,易产生弯曲变形和抖动。另一方面,深孔加工造成排屑不畅,必须通过增强砂轮的刚性解决问题。因此,对该主轴的磨削应磨削方法、磨削用量、装夹工具、冷却液的使用、砂轮的性能、接长轴的刚性和该主轴自身的内应力等诸多因素考虑,保证工件的精度要求。

Machining Thin -Long Spindle with Deep Hole by Grinding Method

Abstract:Features of thin -long spindle with deep hole are that it produces bending and vibration under grinding force ,forming errors of ellipse, taper and waist drum;it still yields error of radial beat. They are caused by work with poor rigidity. Solusions are lessening the grinding force and increasing the supporting rigidity of work. Grinding is relatively difficult because work has deep hole and trench. Concrete manifestation of difficulty is that thin lenthening shaft of abrasive wheel has poor rigidity, being easy to produce bending and fluttering. In addition the deep hole machining could arouse unfavorable removing of scraps that is overcome through strengthening the rigidity of abrosive wheel. Thereby, it should be made to take into account the grinding method ,grinding amount,fixture conditions, use of cooling liquid, performance of abrasive wheel, rigidity of lengthening shaft as well as internal stress of this spindle in order to ensure work requirements for accuracy.
