磁流变液隔振器结构优化及仿真研究

摘    要:分析磁流变液隔振器的工作原理,针对现有磁流变液隔振器高频时隔振能力较差的缺点进行结构优化,并通过示功特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,改善后的隔振器流动性得到了提升,磁流变液隔振器在宽频范围内的循环耗散能量得到了增加,系统隔振性能得到提高。

Research on Structure Optimization and Simulation of MRF Isolator

Abstract:In this paper,the working principle of the magneto-rheological fluid( MRF) vibration isolator is analyzed,its structure is optimized in response to the shortcoming of the poor vibration isolation in the high frequency of MRF vibration isolator and the vibration isolator is simulated through Dynamometer characteristics. The simulation result shows that the flowability of the vibration isolator goes up after its optimization,the dissipated energy of the MRF vibration isolator is increased within the circle of broadband frequency and the vibration isolation performance is improved.
